The Enhanced Bookkeeping Package is designed to accommodate the small business owner or sole proprietor who needs support managing cash flows and payables in addition to tracking revenues and expenses.
You’ll know where your business stands with professionally prepared Income Statements, Balance Sheets and Statements of Cash Flow. All services are reviewed by a Certified Public Accountant to ensure accuracy and completeness.
1. Record cash receipts/income and disbursements from your daily cash reports and/or bank deposits
2. Record any adjusting entries needed in records initially compiled and maintained by you
3. Reconcile bank statements and credit cards
4. Prepare balance sheets and income statements
5. Prepare statements of cash flow
6. Maintain fixed asset listing
7. Manage payables (check writing / bill payment) with authorization from client
8. Prepare and file ST-103 (sales tax report)
9. Provide access to QuickBooks Online File
10. Provide remote support
11. Prepare and file one business income tax return and one business property tax return.
